Hubbard and Associates has over 30 years experience in all aspects of planning and permit facilitation, real estate development and construction oversight in a wide variety of project types; including single family home remodels, new home construction, multi-family residential projects, educational projects, site improvements, affordable housing, or other special purpose or needs housing. 

Hubbard and Associates has its home office in the heart of the California Central Coast and can provide consulting service for San Luis Obispo, Monterey and Santa Barbara Counties. We also continue to serve clients in the Pacific Northwest.

During the first 20 years of her career, Nancy Hubbard, Managing Member of Hubbard & Associates, worked for private and public agency real estate developers. Her primary responsibility was to manage remodels and new construction projects from start to finish. This included making critical decisions on behalf of the project owner.  


As a result, she learned how to think like an owner, ask questions like an owner, and raise concerns about the project, schedule and budget like an owner. This is a very different perspective from what is typically offered by other consultants also offering Owner’s Representative, project management, construction management or permit facilitator services.   

In 2004, Hubbard & Associates was formed in an effort to provide a unique style of Owner’s Representative services to a broader group of clients.
